Online registration closer to reality

You’ll be able to register to vote online, starting the first of the year.  Iowa’s secretary of state says if you have a valid Iowa driver’s license or photo ID, you can visit a state website and input the numbers from your ID to register, and it will go to a state database.  You’ll still be able to register the traditional way as well.
