Gun law change approved by House

The Iowa House has passed a bill that makes sweeping changes to the state’s gun laws.  The measure lets kids younger than 14 use a handgun with a parent’s supervision…although it does not eliminate a 3-day waiting period in some sales, like a previous version of the bill.
