Hood gets winked

No, this isn’t an April fool, but somebody’s probably feeling like one…Des Moines police say someone tried to steal a truck outside a home, couldn’t manage to do it, and grabbed a bag from the bed of the vehicle…which, the owner revealed, was filled with doggie doo.  Police say the thief could get 3^rd degree burglary charges…as if the loot wasn’t enough of a party pooper.
